Wasn't Craig tour director last year? Anyway I do think he would have been genuinely saddened and disappointed by Katya's axing and since he had an invite to the wedding and Katya has got a few photos together of them together on her twitter account I assume they became quite close friends. I personally think he was seceretly wishing it was the Jordans axed I know that some people think this spat between him and James is just for show but there does seem to be some genuine disdain between the two of them which does make me wonder if Craig is directing the tour this year whether he'll stand by his decision last year to not include them again!

I didn't see Pasha in the wedding photo - I would have thought he'd become quite close to Katya since he partnered her on the show and their own tour.......perhaps he had other work commitments.

I do feel sorry for Ola having to suffer for James' behaviour.....it's natural to feel initially aggrieved but he takes his grudges too far by rubbishing Craig's opinions on ITT!

I was really hoping they would shelve the tour this year......last year the cast of celebs was less than inspiring and unless you can get a good seat it really is pointless shelling out £50 + only to get a bird's eye view! I really don't think stadium arenas are the best way to experience ballroom dancing!

Also I get sick of the pros who are available to tour being favoured in the tv series! It's really not on to sideline pros just because they're successful in their own right and can't do the tour.........it's waste of talent. There's no reason to me why they can't change the pros who celebs partner for the tour more often even some of the more successful celebs!

I suspect that Pasha was just visiting family at the time of Katya's wedding and couldn't make it - but I thought it was odd that she never mentioned her old partner. Probably I'm just reading too much into the omission. She looked fabulous in the photos though. I wish her and Klaus all the best.

May the pros who are available to tour just dont want to do the tour! I know the likes of Vincent, Flavia, Erin, Anton and Brendan do their own, very successful tours and whilst they are available to take part in the Strictly tour, perhaps they are asked and they choose not to do it......

I realised that is what you meant after I had posted my original waffle!!!!

I dont think Katya has had too much of a raw deal tbh, I mean she never had a Gary Rhodes or a Paul Daniels type but I understand what you mean

Oh I thought there was still some dates left in July.......perhaps he was busy or just not that close to her then

Has anyone actually bought the copy of Hello that her wedding features in... the pics and interview snippets the Daily Mail have used are, I believe, taken from Hello. It may be that more of the pros were there but don't feature in that picture or maybe, as others have said, the date wasn't do-able for some of them (due to family/friend commitments). It's also possible that some weren't invited due to numbers (I had to leave quite a few off of my wedding invite list as the venue wasn't big enough to accomodate everybody I would have liked).

I did pop out to get some milk and bits and bobs and I managed to take a sneaky look at 'Hello' I didn't see any more of the pros in the pics just the ones we saw in the DM pic - In the mag they had more pics of Craig, a few of the celebs and the pros with their partners - a lovely one of Brendan and his wife There was also a picture of Holly and her boyfriend and one of Nancy Doolally!

Katya's wedding dress looked lovely in close up where you can see all the detail and she looks positively glowing in all the pics - Klaus looks very handsome in most of the pics too - I don't think that DM pic does him much justice!

Ive looked at Hello - the mentioned "missing pros" dont feature in any of the additional photos in the magazine

The Hello website have added a short video of scenes from Katya's wedding. It really is quite lovely and touching You can see her beautiful dress in more detail and the scenic setting. It also features some of the pros & celebs from Strictly - good to see Craig living it up
