So tonight's the night and I thought I'd do a poll.

I have voted for Ben.

I think he will be perfect for Jesus especially if he is given long hair and a straggley beard.

Rog for me, though either Ben or Rory will do a good job I'm sure. (as long as Ben's pitching problems dont return like last night.)

Roger..not perfect, but the only one with the gravitas to carry the role..in my opinion.

Didn't go to see that one as I'm not a Rod Stewart fan!

I voted for Roger, but I'd be happy with any of them too.

Ben is a strong favourite with the bookies at 1/2 on. Rory available at 13/8, with Roger a complete outsider at 9/1.

But Nathan was favourite when he went out.

Ben or Rory - although I think Rory is a bit too short to play Jesus

So that's why they keep making him stand on a podium!

I think it will be Ben and have voted for him but it is between Ben and Roger and I would be happy with either.
I don't usually watch these shows but have really enjoyed this one, the standard is so high and the right three are in the final.

Roger, but I think Ben will win simply because he's never been in the bottom 2

Rory, because of his voice and I think that he really does have the Jesus Factor. But I think that Ben will win and Roger will be the understudy, or vice versa should Roger win.
Going to be gutted for whoever loses tonight

To be fair, Jesus was probably only about 5 ft 6 inches or something similar, everyone was shorter in them days! It's a difficult role to cast, we've all been brainwashed by that "Light of the World" painting that people used to have on their walls, with a 6-foot tall, seriously fit Jesus who had blonde hair and blue eyes. Years ago, in Dennis Potter's play "Son of Man", an actor called Colin Blakely played Jesus. Colin was a fairly short man, excellent character actor, but not especially good-looking. Everyone went nuts and hated the play because of him, although his acting was brilliant.

Interesting - I always thought Jesus (based on prints I have seen) was tall, dark, with brown eyes - I cannot imagine a 'Jesus ' with blonde hair and blue eyes but thats just me

That's because as 'tonight's the night' you either pick one of the finalists or don't vote!

Wanted Rory so a bit disappointed but I'm sure the exposure on national tv will reap dividends for all contestants.
