Seems to me like Grandmother Jackson has been whisked away, so that the kids will be left alone, the rest of the Jacksons then get to take guardianship and get their hands on Jacko's money.
Paris is extremely intelligent and knows what's going on, she won't allow any wrong-doing, even at her young age. I hope it's true that a solicitor is being put in charge - to their benefit. The rest of the immediate Jackson family make me puke. |

The three children all look so different. It's hard to believe they are related at all.
Anyway, I'm sure the Jacksons have enough money - why are they being so desperate and greedy? Poor kids. |

Their guardianship has been given to someone else, unnamed so far. So no longer Granny Jackson.

I would think that anybody involved with that dickhuntress Kardashian would be excluded from guardianship by default.

They are not so worried about the kids - hence Janet slapping Paris - they want the money. They lived and leached off Michael all his life - hence them enabling his slide into madness and beyond, and have enough sense to realise that without it, they are nothing. They may even have to work for a living. They are claiming the will was faked because Michael didn't leave them anything. I wonder if it is the only sensible thing he ever did - after all, they helped him go through his previous fortune, and helped leave him 500 mil in debt when he died. |

Well now that the money-making round of TV interviews, gossip magazine interviews etc, to do with life after Jacko, and 'what he was REALLY like' have all dried up, they have no choice but to try and get hold of some of the money.
What? What did you just say? They could try just doing what they're supposed to do and make good albums and tour to make money? No, that's too much like hard work...

Randy Jackson seems to be heading this all up. What I don't get is his point, he says the will is a fake etc etc but it seems OK to me. It gives everything to the kids and allows a fund for his mom to look after the kids?
So what are they upset about? The fact they didn't get anything? TJ seems responsible and the kids want him as guardian I jjust hope TJ and tito Sr can actually raise this kids with a sense of normality. Mrs Jackson doesn't have much time left... So they will need to be looked after. |

If I had children of my own I wouldn't leave any money to other members of my family and I wouldn't expect to be left money from them either if they had kids of their own. I think it's rather disrespectful to go against the wishes of their brother's will by trying to contest it, greed ruining the relationship they had with their brother's children while they go about it.
There are more than just the main Jacksons that we all known who need funding in some way, there are their children and other hangers on. They are obviously living beyond their means, a lifestyle they cannot afford. They should do something about the situation they have found themselves in, rather than expecting cash from their rich dead relative. I also think they took the mother away so they could try to persuade her to take their side and help them to contest the will. |

Wasn't the estate in deep depth, and these executors got it out of the debt and to make profit again? |

The only reason they have brought their mother back is because of Paris tweeting she hadnt spoken to her for a week.. Good on Paris .. By bringing this in to the public domain the family have had to bring her back..
