I really like it. Loved the dancing scene towards the end. Everyone was great especially Jade.

The video shows what Little Mix is all about: dancing, colourful, young and just want to have fun. Fair enough they used a low budget for the video but not every video needs a big budget to make it great.

They lack the star power of previous winners personally.
The budget of the video isn't what's important, the end product is. The video serves its role well, to promote the song, the artists and their styles. This type of video is the best way to advertise the song - it's harmless, easy to watch and quite good fun. Everything doesn't have to be artistic or have a deep meaning and the video as a whole plays into the creation of their star persona.

They come in colours!

None of them have much potential at this point. Their window of opportunity is decreasing with every day. This single was promoted on Alan Carr's show like 2 and half months ago and only now have they got a video prepared. Suggesting which of them has solo potential is like deciding which chicken will get it's head cut off first.

The media generally ignore them-they aren't sexy.Which is a death knell for publicity. The look like they ran through a jumble sale soaked in superglue

The video makes it look like Jade is the lead singer with Jesy and Leigh-Anne being the other two main members while Perrie looks like just a backing singer of the group. How strange.

Yeah their image really needs looking at..
When you already aren't the most attractive girlband - the last thing you need is to be dressed awfully...

I also agree with Zack06 that they don't have that 'star quality'...
Very nice girls, very hardworking - no doubt, decent voices... But they don't have that special something in my opinion..
They also, like the Saturdays, have quite bland personalities too, which never helps.... And I still don't feel that they have real chemistry as a group (not to be confused with friendship)

Still like the video... and think they may still do well in the short term.

Yeah, it does sort of look like a really calculated attempt to calm down the 'Perrie as a frontwoman' shouts some people seem to be throwing out there.

Aside from that, it's quite a solid little video, although I agree that it should have arrived maybe a month ago.

I think there's a more practical reason. When push comes to shove she's the weakest of the 4 in movement, as much as she is strong vocally.

They all look really glossy in this video though!

The video is cute, the song is average but I never noticed how beautiful Jade is.

Anyway, on chart performance I can see this peaking at #2 (behind Pink's new one).

Very catchy song. Much better than I expected. I was worried they'd do your typical boring r'n'b stuff with some rent-a-rapper or some formulaic dance number that'd make them sound like a million other artists out there but it's different. Catchy, punchy, fun and they all sound great. As for the video it fits the song well, I think. Bright, colourful, upbeat and they all look great. It probably won't win many MTV video awards but I don't think it's meant to! I wish them all the best with it.

You clearly haven't watched their backstage videos, Ustream, interviews etc.

They are FUNNY girls who are always up for a laugh, joking and messing around. They love to play different movie characters too and take on different accents from all over the world. They do this together.

So sorry. You are absolutely incorrect about their personality and chemistry. You no nothing about them

Well not everyone can make Lana Del Rey epic videos!

As for this song, it isn't bad but it kinda stays too samey all the way through with that drumbeat.....a little switch up would have been good.

Sorry, but being funny, and joking backstage doesn't mean you have personality.
They will likely suffer the same fate as the Saturdays.. They'll all just be faces to most people. Nothing noteworthy about any of them. No reason to care eitherway about them really.
Just my opinion.

And what does doing "this together" have to do with anything...
I never said they wern't friends, or didn't get on.
I said that I don't think that they have great chemistry as a group... Vocally or visually. On stage/ camera they don't blend together. They still look like a bunch of girls plucked off the street. They don't really vibe off of each other on stage.
They aren't a unit.

Again just my opinion. Obviously you're a fan.. so you'll like them as people.. But to an outsider they seem bland.

Maybe "personality" was the wrong word to use...
I should have just said they seem "bland"

I think it looks quite cheap considering they are the winners of the show. It doesnt look any more expensive/polished than say, Misha B or Cher Lloyd's music videos.

However perhaps this means they've spent more money on the album/other costs if the video was less costly as it appears to be.

Betsy and Wilma are gettin da hose.

I'll say this. After seeing their mentor's solo efforts, I think they are surpassing her quite easily.

LMAO you're not being serious?! haha

Both of AB's videos were cheap, one filmed in a warehouse and the tube.

And you're labelling Little Mix's video as cheap and not artistic? In what way is Elephant artistic? or Let It Go?

Little Mix actually have writing credits for "Wings" something AB has never done, (only with one song) "What Money Can't Buy" lol.

So i think it's a bit rich you're labeling Little Mix and their video of lacking "Star Quality" they were amazing. Especially for a band that has just been formed a year ago.

You don't seem to understand Little Mix's target audience, do you?

They're target audience are teenagers and it was made perfectly for us. Even the older people think it's a catchy tune and video. The lyrics are what makes the song inspirational... The lyrics which they "Co - Wrote" unlike other girlbands/artists

The video did show signs for inspiration actually, it showed them laughing and having fun all the way through. Which Wings is all about, "it's a feel good song" and makes you want to dance when you hear it. And they portrayed it Very well.

Bland personalities? what were you watching in that video?..

You clearly haven't watched any interviews from them either, they are the so funny it's unbelievable.

Don't even compare them with The Saturdays, at least Little Mix are all respected individually and each member can get a chance to shine at areas they're best at.

Vanessa from The Saturdays is so underrated in favour for Frankie who cannot hold a tune.

So please don't even compare Little Mix with them.

Again, you're a fan.. so you like them.. and have spent time getting to know them.. They are bland in my opinion.
Being funny has nothing to do with it.

Personality was probably the wrong word to use. I'm not talking so much about their personalities...
What I meant is that I doubt they'll ever command much attention. They just aren't noteworthy (individually or as a group) or special... Like the Saturdays (who I actually quite like).

They are currently getting hype due to the anticipation. But I don't know how long pepole will remain interested..
Then again, maybe they will?

I'm sure they're all lovely, bubbly people though
And I hope they are a success. I actually like the video..
Nothing against them, just my opinion.

Love the video for wings! Did anyone else get an email today saying the release has now moved back to 26th August rather than 19th? seems a bit strange.

To begin with, that's very true, however it's Perrie they give the climax belts to because she's the only one who can do it.

Not to intrude, but you're kind of contradicting yourself. They're only bland to you because you haven't spent time getting to know them. I'm not saying you should, I don't want to spend time getting to know bloody Christina Aguilera, but you should realize that the only reason you think they're bland is because you don't really pay attention to them. Maybe I could learn to love Christina Aguilera, who knows.

Does it coincide with X Factor or something? If so, that's why.
