Saturday I went out for dinner. I had prawns (breaded, battered and...just normal) followed by steak with chips and onion rings.
Yesterday I went to the sand sculpture festival in Weston Super Mare (it's very good) and had scampi and chips for lunch (and an ice cream), so dinner was a chunk of some cheese and bacon bread I bought while there. Mmm! Tonight i'm having turkey korma with rice and a poppadom. Appetite is back in full force. Woohoo

The rest of last nights jerk chicken, I'm going to make some potato wedges rather than have rice again, with sour cream.

Cheeseburger Macaroni
http://www.kevinandamanda.com/recipe...-macaroni.html I liked it though it was a little on the salty side so I'm so glad I didn't add salt to the cheese sauce. I grabbed the salt out and decided against it and used a tea spoon of hot english mustard instead. |

Possibly filled pasta in pesto sauce, unless I can persuade hubby to go out somewhere, in which case maybe an Indian or Chinese
