Olympics opening ceremony dd?

According to my amp it's in dd but there is nothing coming through the rear channels. Not sure if my setup is working properly do was wondering is it working for anyone else?

Just tried 450. Seems a bit better but no commentary.

The sound on the Beeb and Eurosport is absolutely terrible, quite, muffled and compressed thanks for ruining it

My Onkyo shows DD on both but may as well not bother i have got it turned higher than normal and it still sounds terrible

i have noticed the 450+ channels are not showing anything in DD either

All in all a pretty poor showing

Watching on bbc hd and was quite impressed with the surround sound via my lg amp. Sky 3d was good picture but average sound. Bbc1 even the wife commented on how poor it was!

Will stick with bbchd!

Sounds fine to me on Freesat with the surround sound being subtle like it should be, not thwacking you on the back of the head.
