Olive O3 Music Centre Help Please

I have had an olive 03 for about 18 months and all has been fine until now and it wont now respond to any of the panel features only occaisionally does the panel screen change but not on the selection pressed.does. anyone out there have one of these olives who can advise me if there is anything i can do like a factory reset. the machine was purchased via the web and would be a pain to have to send back to supplier

Do you have the manual? If so refer to section 8.6 Tips and Tricks.

If you don't have the manual download it from here

I was referring to the section about resetting the device. Can't copy and paste the exact text from the PDF but it says to press the left arrow button to unfreeze the navigation function.

Or press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for at least 5secs to re-boot the device. Which should take about 40-60secs.
