Non Event - 2012 BBC Sports Personality

Got to feel sorry for any other sportsmen / women who make it on to the list with Bradley Wiggins this year , none of them really stand a chance of winning after Wiggins tremendous achievements this year .

Wiggins is generally about 1/6 to win this competition.

Nah. He'll come 2nd to David Beckham, whose sole contribution to sport this year has been to pretend to pilot a boat through London

I thought when he won the Tour de France he would win it. Now they might as well just give it to him now and save all the hassle...... Unless that young runner (Adam ?) beats Usain Bolt in the 100m

I think Bolt could go for a shit in the middle of the race and still beat Gemili.

I did say MORE rather than no-one.

There might be some who still know the likes of Jess Ennis better.

If you didn't know who Wiggins was before this year then you really aren't much of a fan of sport.

Anyone who thinks Wiggins has the most impressive sideburns in sport is not much of a fan of sport.

Jessica has shortened almost to 3:1 now... Brad (4:9) may have a fight on his hands if the trend continues tomorrow and beyond.
