Absolutely yes!

If you go to a restaurant and the owners shout abuse and you and crap in your dinner, you don't go back for more because they are part of a nice franchise. This is how I feel about Big Brother. Never again.

I said weeks ago that BB were not only playing the housemates, but playing the public also.
I think others have sussed this too (not just me ).

BB producers are in it for the money and I bet some are chuckling at the way they think/know they have played us to come to this , now.

It was bad enough last year splitting the money, but now to think that nasty horrible (I dare not say it, most know) HM's will take half the winnings ,just makes me feel so angry that morals are going out the window for quick cheap thrills.
Cheap quick thrills from a reality tv company that would rather it's target audience is as depraved and insidious as they are.

I really enjoyed BB and suppose I should be grateful I have been cured of my addiction
I would love to see Channel 5 have the 'bravery' to mess with all its programmes in so cavalier a way ruining every show for the viewers of that show and see if they still existed after say.......a few days

I can't believe that I'm able to feel this upset because of a TV show, but I'm really depressed over it, the injustice of it is hard to take.

It's the first time I have ever been so affected by BB. So your not alone. I think it's because the good guys are really good guys this year. They don't deserve this contempt by the producers, as well as suffering it at the hands of their fellow hm's.

Let's hope they do it ... Channel 5 will hardly be missed ...

It had barely registered with me before this ... I will happily consign it back to oblivion ... it deserves no more ...

Wish I had never given the channel a chance ... and will soon forget it ever existed

Bye bye Mister Desmond

I stopped watching after BB9, but decided to give this one a chance as I watched the launch and kind of got sucked in. It has been a memorable series but for all the wrong reasons and I can safely say that given the opportunity I won't be tuning in again, Channel 5 have made an even bigger mess of the show than Channel 4.

Watching the caricatured housemates and tiresome twists of BB6-9 was far better than sitting here and watching vile nasty bullies constantly getting away with their horrible behaviour and even being rewarded for it. At least on those shows you knew that those horrible people would have no chance of getting away with it and would face their comeuppance upon their eviction one day. It was simply a case of when rather than if.

Here there's no such security. I'd even go as far as to say that there's a VERY strong chance that Conor will end up winning this show as a massive slap to the viewer's faces. I hope BB finally ends next year as a ratings disaster and it's economically infeasible for them to keep it going. The producers of this show deserve nothing less.

Back in the day I used to love BB. I went off it years ago probably after BB7 and gave up on it, It had clearly had its day. Then this year for some reason I started only half heartedly watching and got right back into it for a little while. But now theyve ruined it again almost as quick as I found my love for it again. I wont be watching again after this series. As if BB hadnt been rinsed to death years ago, it well and truly is now. Enough is enough now. If they really MUST continue it maybe they should just stick to the Celeb version?

I think it's been an OK series, a bit too Deana-orientated for my liking, but not a dreadful series by any means. I don't see what the fuss is about. People love a good moan.

I stopped watching about 2 weeks ago. Watching ANYTHING on C5 always makes me feel a bit of a perv anyway!

Yes! I don't think I've ever disliked so many strangers so much at one time. I wish I'd never started watching and the only reason I carry on is my slight hope that the insiders will have an epiphany and start being nice human beings.
Unfortunately with the white room twist it's inevitable they're going to keep believing they are invincible in the outside world - who cares what the public thinks of you if you've got 25/50k and are as thick skinned as some of them are?!

Someone who has made nasty threats of violence against an innocent woman, and been an utter bollock head to her for weeks on end with no punishment of any kind except a half hearted warning, is potentially going to be rewarded with 50k.

And we have foolishly paid money to watch this. Well, no more, I shall never vote again, and would rather not see any of it either. Clearly the producers are showing their contempt for the audience, we should show equally contempt right back at them by abandoning their 'show'.

This is becoming like the last Americas Top Model. You watch the series and then they just blow it at the end making the whole pretence of competition pointless.

Conor didn't make any 'threats', as you cannot 'threaten' someone behind their back without them knowing. Saying he has been "an utter bollock head to her for weeks' is wrong; he made one inappropriate comment behind her back, and has talked about her regarding nominations a few times, but other than that he has ignored her and she has ignored him. Hardly a sensible reason solely to abandon the show over, and would suggest there are other unrelated reasons for 'switching over'.

Very disillusioned with the makers of this show - I really just cannot believe how they have favoured and protected the awful hms at the expense of the very few nice ones.

Utter disgrace!

There are two possible responses to this post.

1. Don't be silly - of course you can threaten someone behind their back. Why do you think you cannot?

2. This kind of comment is exactly the reason why I'm with UV on this. Sick of the show and sick of the board when this is the kind of comeback you get to a logical discussion.
