It wasn't a good show for Luke. The thing he seems to hate more than anything else is dancing, so I think the task was an ordeal for him (perhaps more so for Scott), and otherwise it was just dull.

I am just disgusted at the money twist. Either Luke S or Conor can have half the prize money tomorrow if they agree to leave (and let's face it, Luke S would be insane not to go); the other one cannot be nominated next week. Lovely to see those two so lavishly rewarded for nothing whatsoever.

I am sure this is the first time BB have made a major financial settlement with no input at all from either the public or the other housemates. Just "let's give one of those two half the money before Deana or Luke A get it, which would clearly be awful."

That is how I feel too. The two housemates who didn't stand a cat in hell's chance of being voted the winner are rewarded - one with 50 grand and the other with a free pass. #sickening

4 housemates were eligible to enter the WR because they received least noms this week. Only 3 could go in so Scott gave up his place in favour of Sara - Luke S and Conor didn't even enter the dicussion - they were going in come what may.

I don't know. Initially the person with the fewest nominations throughout the series was eligible to enter the white room, which would have meant Adam, Sara and Scott should have gone in. However for some reason they changed it to the person who received the fewest nominations this week.Someone provided a screen shot of the initial article on the channel 5 website.

I don't think I can stomach this manipulative rubbish anymore. Somebody who has acted so appallingly as Conor does not deserve half the prize money. It makes a mockery of the whole show.

Agreed, it was a bit of a pointless highlights, particularly for Deana (argumentative so and so) and Luke (couldn`t be bothered to dance, hardly seen, so must be boring.) Big Brothers agenda couldn`t be more transparent, if this latest twist is anything to go by.

I`m really disappointed with the white room task. By basing them on f and f there was only ever going to be robot Luke and Conor left in the room, neither Sara or Scott are particularly determined to do tasks. It makes winning slightly pointless really. Thanks for telling me, I was a tad confused

Thanks for the explanation. I totally agree about Conor. He shouldn't still be there, let alone winning loads of money.

For me, the winner that has been chosen by the public deserves the whole prize fund. I might even be a little less cynical if the public had of picked the three people from those not up, as it would have been down to us who had a chance. Now it`s just down to two of the least popular with most viewers. It`s disheartening to be sure.

I have never said this before, because I am not really a forum flouncer, but I think this might be my last BB. I have watched it since the very first night of BB1 and rarely missed one; you can see from my post count what an addict I am (I had 22,000 posts on the Ch 4 forum before this one ) but this series has been so unpleasant, stressful and draining to watch that I just feel burnt out. As long as this AT lasts I will be happy to contribute, but I just feel at the moment that I have had enough. I agree with you entirely WD, although I haven't been an avid viewer for the past few years. i got into this series because of Luke and I'm going continue to support him , However, I don't think I can stomach watching the show anymore, apart from the friday episodes and final (if the outsiders are still there). The level of manipulation this year has been infuriating, I really hope it doesn't damage Luke, Adam or Deana's chances of winning the show .

I'm still going contribute to this thread, I;'m sure when he leaves the house he'll have interviews and use twitter ect but I've become to disillusioned with a show that wants to reward terrible behavior. It seems that a show that is supposed to be a popularity contest, is going be jointly won by somebody who has behaved appallingly or somebody who isn't popular with the public.

Aww Wonkey, we have joined in many threads over the years. I too have been a fan since BB1. I have already stopped watching the show, it is heartbreaking what they have done to Luke A, then to give them half the money... well.

I will stay to the end, just for Luke A sake, but BB is finished after then. They have ruined it.

One thing I will say, and if anyone remembers me of old, this AT seems to of changed me this year, Luke A fans are some of the best, and it is a pleasure to converse with you all.

What a horrible horrible show this has turned out to be, the last few days have been full on crap for Luke what with the BMI rubbish. Now 50K for one of the two most unworthy blokes in BB history. Why?

It is not fair on the voting viewers, it is certainly not fair on remaining housemates when those three went into the stupid white room by default. None of this makes sense.

Becky gets another good sympathy edit and Luke and Deana get set up again.

It leaves a very bitter taste in the mouth. If Luke leaves tomorrow I'm going stop watching completely. The only saving grace for this series will be if Luke / Deana and Adam are in the top three, although it will seem like a very hollow victory . I can't stand the fact that the producers seem to want reward the bad guy, it shows utter contempt for viewers, especially after Conor's rant attracted over 1000 complaints.

WD - I had a five figure post count on C4 as well before it went and lurked here for years. This is really the first BB where I've posted here pretty much exclusively. I can't believe it has come to this. I might not always have agreed with or liked the winner but they were always a legitimate winner.

I still think Luke A stands a good chance of making the final and even winning. But it sticks in my craw to see two undeserving HM's (though their F&F won't agree) benefit from the producers' manipulations.

And breathe...

I'm going to enjoy my last night online tonight as I'm away next week.

I know what you mean, I was determined not to get wrapped up in BB this year...but I have, and it's so disheartening that the bad get rewarded the way they do, and it is so against what the viewing public want

Good morning fellow Lukettes. I feel so disillusioned with BB - I get the feeling that they are laughing at us and it isn't a nice feeling. In my opinion, the person who wins the money should be the WINNER - not a nasty person who, by a stroke of luck gets put into a special room where only one of 3 people have the chance to win half the prize money. There is absolutely no way that Luke S or Conor would have won this but they are rewarded - one with money and the other with a pass to the final (there must be another round of noms otherwise the pass won't mean anything). It is like a kick in the teeth to loyal fans of the show!

Anyway, keep voting for Luke Guys - he, Deana and Adam MUST be the last 3 standing, at least that way we get some satisfaction and can show the producers that they can manipulate as much as they like but the good guys will win in the end.

Good luck for Luke tonight - this has been one of the best AT's largely due to the nice people on here.
