Thanks for those. I've added Amy and Adele. I'm thinking of adding The Smiths as well but as its hospital radio it needs to be a song that isn't too depressing. I'd love to play Please Let Me Get What I Want but I don't think the older patients would like that one

Hey everyone

I just want to apologize for the other night. I didn't mean to worry or put my problems on anyone to be honest. However i am overwhelmed at the amount of love and care you guys all showed and that meant and still means so much to be right now. I always felt ignored and under appreciated on here but clearly i was wrong

Thanks so much

This Charming Man is light and jangly betraying its more melancholy edge could be an option.

well the past week i wanted to make in my bedroom a wall containing my idols and influences in music, art, entertainment since i was a child - today! and it slowly coming together right now...will post pics eventually stage by stage

Atm i have some mag cut outs and posters on my wall but will do more printing tomorrow! cannot wait to have more on there AAAH!

Had Born This Way, Blackout and American Life as my soundtrack of today...seriously frenetic sweaty pace love it! Now American Life is fast becoming a real favourite of mine (well always loved it but has spoken to me a lot recently...so inspiring and motivational! so dark...so dark!)

but im inspired...methinks Femme Fetale and Fleshtone need an airing tomorrow....so wil do it to them....may blast The FIrst album or COnfessions tomorrow also to do it to! so exciting

Ahhh i see i did something similar except i wrote Lyrics or book quotes over one wall needless to say the rents were not best pleased at my artistic endeavor i look forward to the pics

And my soundtrack today has been heavily involved with KM after a full few days of m including repeat listens of Erotica, True Blue, and Ray Of Light a new appreciation for all but now the surreal ambient tones and inclinations of the heavenly Impossible Princess next may opt for Body Language need some funk in my life

Awseome i expect to see your work in the Tate St.Ives v soon

I have i think there is a level of inconsistency in some places along with a little retreat mainly during 1992-98 period and some albums are weaker now than when first released Music but overall a really enjoyable interesting and occasionally surprising body of work.

And im still getting to know Body Language its still an interestin album totally different in some aspects to the majority of her output in the 00's and have you given IP a spin yet if not i suggest you do

Just put it on a blank disc Badkid always make sure you backup although with iCloud its not as necessary as it once was

And if Tracy Emin can get a soiled mattress into the Tate a wall should be no problem

And well what i mean is Erotica amazing fearless bold and then she seemingly metaphorically crapped herself and released the good but hardly endearing BS and then furthered followed it up with a mediocre ballad collection then even worse musical theatre and yes ROL was a comeback but she even on AL has never been as fearlessly consistent uncaring or bold or brilliant as she was in 1992-93

And yes IP takes work but sometimes what you reap is worth the rewards.

I got my septum pierced 2 and a half years ago and I had a tiny retainer (so that my parents couldn't see it as they don't know that I have it done. I don't like the hoops, I only like the tiny retainers). I lost the retainer earlier! I ordered one online last year but it's too big for my nose I've been wearing it this evening to keep the piercing open and I've ordered what I think is a smaller one, but I think I'm gonna have to go back to the piercing shop and see if they'll sell me a tiny one and take the bigger retainer out when I'm around Mum.

I've searched for it everywhere. It's gone.

I had my tragus done and then went and had my cartilage the prior i told them about the second got over it quickly though they had no choice but to by then

By Badkid do enjoy and try and behave

Listening to Beyonce's 4 the only one of her albums that stands up it's just a really great album that obviously the majority of people who enjoy her pop stuff won't enjoy its surprisingly artsy for Bey.

I had my ear pierced once years ago. It was in for a month until one day i was in bed fiddling with my ear and it fell out. I still have the mark to show my ear was pierced but that was 12 years ago.

Haha lesson learned almost.

I'm a bit off Rumer i liked Seasons but i find half way through the quality drops and it becomes bland.

Rumer was a slow grower for me. Her voice makes me melt. But both her albums suprised me after several listens. I admit, half way through Seasons the quality does drop a bit. However i am so in love with her. I do prefer her second album much more.

Marina
Rumer
Joss
Emeli
Paloma

The top females of this year in my opinion for Britain. I really hope they all get a nomination for next year's British Female.

No matter the material with Rumer the one thing always there is that voice its just so damn beautiful like Caramel or honey sweet and delicious.

And brit girls for me this year:

Marina
Florence
Ellie (her second album proper looks set to be amazing)
And a crossover Florence Ceremonials has built and her with it she can only get better.

And to another point im incredibly annoyed Lana Del Rey re-releasing Born To Die with 7 new tracks the so called Paradise edition well it aint Paradise for those of us who have already shelled out shame on you Lana and all who buy it and support her i've lost a little respect fro Lizzie Grant.
