No content available now when I tried to download within the game. They must have noticed the error lol

I'm pretty sure that they've revoked the rights to the content.

If you got it when it was "free", you won't be able to download it again and it'll probably stop working.

A lot of people reported that they couldn't get the download to complete in the first place, so most people wont have got that far.

Well if you don't own L4D1, YES!!! It contains all the campaigns from that but in the L4D2 engine so the new mutations, melee weapons, adrenaline boosts, etc.

If you already own L4D1, still, kinda, yeah, if you play the game often, saves swapping discs having all the campaigns in one place and with the more advanced engine.

If it's just for Cold Stream, then no, not really, while it is a decent level, it's not really up to the standard of the others made by Valve.

A shame we didn't get it for free after all but I can't grumble! This really packs so much content into L4D2, for the money it is a bargain. Cold Stream is also a pretty fun campaign, an insane amount of zombies are thrown at you at points and more so than the other campaigns it seems, with a chainsaw it gets messy real quick!
