Remember, it was Obama who cautioned that failure to pass the stimulus boondoggle would "turn a crisis into a catastrophe." He claimed that a failure to act on cap and trade will lead the US to "irreversible catastrophe" and a failure to pass a government-run health care system will mean "more Americans dying every day."

Obama stressed that you can "talk to every health care economist out there, and they will tell you that whatever ideas are — whatever ideas exist in terms of bending the cost curve and starting to reduce costs for families, businesses and government, those elements are in this bill."

That reminds of the interviews conducted at the "Tea Party" march a couple of years ago. When the rednecks spouted their usual racist nonsense. Like, Barrack Obama was a Muslim, that he wanted to create his own personal army and that he wanted to create Russian style "Tsars," give them title and land, complete with their own serfs.
