Is it going to rollover again if nobody wins it or will they distribute it to the nearest winners?

From what I understand, if it isn't won tonight, there'll be another jackpot on Friday at the capped level. I also understand that the jackpot has to be won on Friday night.

It is not at maximum ammount yet. It will reach the max ammount on Friday. If it is not won it is capped for two draws with the surplus being distributed too the lower teirs if the capped jackpot is not won after the two draws it is allso distributed to the lower teirs.

Tonight's was the first draw at the capped level. Friday night's will be the second one. It's been in the small text of the Euromillions advertisements run today.

How come it's not stated on the national lottery site?

They're drawn abroad (France I think?) a few hours before they're shown in the UK.

Officially bored of this euromillions nonsense. Actually last week I did win over a tenner but when you get that email saying "we have some important news about the ticket you bought on Friday", a little part of my heart is thinking "I've won" only to be greeted by a deposit of a couple of quid and your dreams dashed.
