On demand choices including BBCiPlayer,ITV Player, 4OD,5OD which is included into the EPG so you can go back the previous 7 days.
So for example if you've missed something then rather than waiting for a repeat you can watch it within an hour or so after it was aired live. |

Also depending if you but it from BT or Talktalk you will get the additional content from which ever you choose.
Say you choose BT you'll get content on BTPlayer. You choose Talktalk you get content on talktalks player. Also many apps will launch for youview i think we'll see the likes of lovefilm , nowtv , netflix etc. |

And from today NOW TV. More content partners are suppose to be added aswell.
