Here are my top ten of really bad or annoying adverts.
10= Munch Bunch Squashums (it is so badly dubbed and why would kids who are about 5 or 6 speak poshly) 9= Go Compare (make a new ad, also the man gives me nightmares) 8 = QuickQuid (especially when the man speaking is in the house when the meter for the lights is out of credit creepy) 7 = National Citizen Service (on all the time) 6 = EDF Energy (the ad is annoying with the men testing the sports out) 5 = Tesco Olympics ad ("Share the celebration and the pepperoni pizza, Shut up!", also the box has the Italian flag on it which means that Tesco is not supporting Great britain) 4 =Galaxy = The two women in the theatre (annoying and boring) 3 = Vax (the music they play at the end of the ad is creepy) 2 = Nurofen (I don't get it and it is really stupid) 1 = Moneysupermarket (You're so Moneysupermarket you don't even know it, Shut Up!!!!) OK, I am fine now, I think! 4 = |

I forgot this ad .... I don't follow it either ... why would you be selling a VW at a fruit stall? I wonder if the woman paid the guy at the stall CASH or used her debit/credit card?

Gawd, I hate those two clowns with a vengance! I just want to hit them both on the head with an old Bell phone.
They're just so annoyingly smug and idiotic, and they sponsor channel 4 so you might see them at ridiculously torturous intervals. its unbearable having to see their smug faces! Just want to pull their fake mustaches off. Anyone watch PICK TV? The "sky sports living for sports" sponsor makes me want to bang my head against a lamppost! Firstly, I just hate those stupid kids that are shouting out random names of sports- "Archery, basketball, rugby, FOOTBALL!!! (HATE the kid who says football, his shrill voice and enthusiasm makes me want to put duct tape on his mouth)" And then sometimes it is more monotonous than ever and they just say "Living for sport" abou 20 times- its unbearable! Secondly- its an advert for a sky product, on a sky channel?! Pointless! Pick tv used to be Sky 3- just with a new name, then they have adverts for Sky Sports. I suppose it's because pick tv is on freeview and they want people to subscribe- not sure if those silly kids could persuade anyone... |

VW Golf- its quite a silly concept isn't it? It doesn't mean anything, intact if anything it shows that the golf is as common as fruit and doesn't stand out from the crowd. VW- get some ads for the new beetle out instead, and don't put it on a fruit stall. Just start making some 'normal' car adverts, you know, that shows it driving on some nice stretch of road, or show us the interior, enough of these tacky ads. And don't copy vauxhall and put two ads in one break.
Another maddening advert- Crunchy nut. STUPID STUPID STUPID ADVERT. Doesn't mean anything and should be banned. I don't like the shouting, the unrealisticness and it's unfunnyness. If adverts were originally made to make you buy things- This seems to do the opposite because the advert is so stupid and makes light of a serious situation. It's motto should be "Only idiots eat this", or something. Worse thing is, just imagine the advertising diktats sat in their meeting room watching this and smiling, thinking that it's good WHEN IT ISN'T. |

I think one of the best things about the Olympics over the last fortnight is the fact that I've hardly seen an advert at all in that time.
I switched over to Sky Sports a few days ago to see how the test match was going when the horsey stuff was on the Olympics and I realised that I was seeing my first advert of any sort for over a week. It's been brilliant. If only the cricket, American Football and Heineken Cup rugby was on the BBC I could cancel my Sky subscription, finish my boxset collection of the handful of telly shows I watch and never have to watch ads ever again. |

The Toyota "daa-daa-da-da" traffic-camera-sings-Proclaimers ad.
Not because of the song, great song, but there's just something moronic about the people doing the singing, particularly the final "daa-daa-da-da". ARGHHHHHH |
