I have just seen on Sunday brunch an amazing spinach, feta, honey and pistachio filo pastry pie. Think I might make that now instead. Looks delicious.

Thai fish cakes, though they look a bit wet right now. Hopefully they'll firm up in the fridge.

Foil baked skinless chicken breast covered in pesto, black pepper and lemon juice, green leaf salad with feta cheese and the juices from the chicken as a dressing and pasta.

Braised lamb chops, mashed potato and broccoli - although yummy, it was too hot to be cooking hot food today!

I had a Saturday Cookbook weekend having been inspired yesterday morning.

Last night - Prawn curry

Tonight - Spanish Prawns

Both quick and easy and very nice.

Saturday night I cooked a yummy steak and ale casserole in the slow cooker which was served with mash and green beans.

Sunday I cooked a prawn curry with rice and poppadoms

Tonight will be scampi, chips and beans.
