Anyone on Plusnet extra fibre can get double speeds and usage for cheaper!

I pay about £23 a month for plusnet extra fibre which has 40mb download and 10mb upload speed. I took part in a 80mb download and 20mb upload trial which was massively faster, the only downside was that I still only had 120GB download usage a month.

Today I received an email saying the trial was over and if I wanted to continue I could do so for £19.99 a month (a few quid cheaper than my current plan), and the best thing of all was that it bow provides 250GB usage which is perfect for me. It also said that if I upgraded before 14th September, I can do so without making any changes to my current contract with them (non trialists upgrading will be subject to a new 18 month contract)

So now I'm getting more for less. Couldn't ask for a better service

Brilliant. Kinda makes me glad FTTC has been delayed in my area now (by about 6 months ). The 250GB usage is very welcome also (no way I'll be able to use 8GB of internet a day).

We're not selling FTTP in any official capacity at present.

You would think that, before we switched to Fibre our average Data Use was 12GB a month. When we got fibre that shot up to an average of 80GB, and we are still not using Fibre to it's full advantage.

I always watched my usage which I hated having to do, but now I have 250GB I don't need to watch it because I know I will not use the whole lot.

Also my speed is no incredibly fast, I couldn't believe how fast it was, it seems faster than it was when I was on the trial.

OK. I've been on a FTTP trial since Feb/March. That's all you can get fiber wise around my way.

Can I still get a speed upgrade upload upgrade would be nice
