So it seems there is a reason why Jack FM is lauded for having more variety. |

The Breeze South West - 29,000 reach in a TSA of 711,000 and played 927 unique tracks in the past 30 days. The rest of the Breeze network - 35,000 reach in a TSA of 979,000 and played 953 unique tracks in the past 30 days. Hardly getting much of an audience. And consider The Breeze has come off DAB, I get the feeling that there won't be much of a Breeze for much longer. |

What about Mel & Kim, Rick Astley, Princess, Hazel Dene, Brother Beyond, Bananrama, Sonia, Sinitta, Jason Donovan to name a few. Some of The Biggest 80s acts on the planet. Not PWL, but has Bros featured? Weren't the biggest selling boy band in the 80s? |

I had a quick listen today and the same tracks played today as yesterday so dont see the point in them doing the two days. Also golds 70s weekend once again playing the same songs shame really as the stations could be so much better.

![]() Make a note. I don't apolgise very often! I think what it does show, though, is that it's not just down to the number of unique tracks, but the way in which they're presented. Heart - on roughly the same number of tracks - pulls in a much bigger audience. |

I've loved the "80s Weekend" although a few of my favs I'm sure I must have missed:-
Eric Carmen - Hungry Eyes, Whitney - I Want To Dance With Somebody, UB40 - Red Red Wine, USA for Africa - We Are the World, Lillo Thomas - Sexy Girl, Dayton - Sound Of Music, Wet Wet Wet - Sweet Little Mystery, Rufus and Chaka Khan - Ain't Nobody, Howard Jones - Look Mama, Nik Kershaw - Dancing Girls, Thompson Twins - King For A Day (Mark Sadler loves though last few too). Overall its been a great couple of days. I can't wait until Heart is on FM and Gold too. |

I was wondering about this, Heart seem to be a main player in Henley's 80's Rewind Festival, so obviously Heart Thames Valley have been there live this weekend, with local news read from the festival grounds, travel news etc and live link ups to Henley.
Obviously once the clock struck 12 Noon all local references and referencing the festival ended. How much of this weekend's programming has been influenced by this? Was the festival mentioned on other Heart regions or on Heart Netwowrked? |
