Spider related catch-22
Lying in bed, heard a rustling, turned on my light and saw a great big spider legging it to my door. Instead of letting in attempt to crawl out I threw a book at it, and have'nt seen it since but can't be sure it's dead. I can't sleep until I know it's dead, I can't leave without moving the book but i can't go near the book in case it's alive...:s

Your like me, if there a big moth or daddy long leggs or spiders, i already find it hard to get to sleep, but i would find it even harder knowing its still alive in my room while im asleep.
Hopefully you killed it |

Picked up a blanket last night and a big spider was sleeping in it, so I flung the blanket downstairs.

I looked down whilst driving this evening to find a big spider sitting on my lap.
Luckily it was quite docile, so I managed to flick it off. It's still in the car AFAIK.

Spiders are fine- ugly, hideous, detestable things- but fine, for they'll crawl off into a dark space, or under the door and leave you alone. However, moths and crane flies, will move around causing you to shriek and yelp in a very high pitched voice. Wherefore, you have to do something about them if you want an ounce of sleep.
