"Topsy Turvy" cake
I want to have a go at one one of these, but there are so many websites to follow.
But none of them have the "It REALLY looks like it's about to collapse" effect that I am after, if you know what I mean ! Has anyone made one of these cakes, and which website did you follow ? |

I thought the look was meant to be more about the sharp angles and structure than 'about to collapse'.
