Derren Brown: Svengali, C4&HD 9pm, Tue 18 Sept

His Olivier-Award winning show, filmed at the Theatre Royal Nottingham.

Promo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z3dW6CNArTU

repeated tomorrow 9pm on 4seven.

Last time there was a Derren Brown show there was a tension between FMs who just wanted to just "sit back and enjoy it" and others who wanted to work out how he did the tricks. If you want to discuss how the effects were achieved etc please put it in spoiler tags!

I saw this somewhere else on his tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Will be interested to see how it comes across on screen.

Huge Derren fan so I'm looking forward to seeing this. His live shows are incredible, I went to Enigma live and I've seen all the other live shows on tv except this one so looking forward to it.

I went and saw this show live when he performed in Glasgow. To be honest, i wasn't impressed. It wasn't his best, i much preferred Enigma. But i'll watch it tonight to see how it looks on screen.

I saw this show last July in London (which is terrifying in itself because it only feels like a few month ago )

The show was outstandingly good though. I've been a fan of Derrens for years and persuaded my mates to come with me. It was a brilliant show which included me and my mate both being two of the few people DB suspected of revealing a pretty rude anecdote

Not the biggest fan of his special ones like the casino and Hero at 30,000 feet but love his live shows like this.

Nice comedy routine to start; a bit too long though.

Expect lots of adverts! This is Channel 4's big puller.

Probably a 45 minute show!

I think it was Marilyn Monroe (although I saw it back in February so I could be wrong).

I doubt you were the only one. That's why it helps to have a large crowd.

They've edited quite a bit of this for TV.
