I caught last nights episode thinking 13th September was the date for it to continue.

Have I missed an episode, or was it just disjointed due to the long gap?

Dannc, anyone? can you help me pleeeaaasseee

This won't go down well, but this just in:

The Lying Game has been removed from 5* schedule again!. UK fans will have to wait again to watch the end of season 1. This begins this Thursday 20th September.

Cue rant

Weird. DigiGuide has it on until schedules run out on Oct 4 ; and it's just updated! Maybe the next update will reflect this change.

I know, the press email with the schedule change was sent out this afternoon. They mustn't have updated the website yet.

It seems to have moved to 5USA, on Saturdays at 12:05pm, starting on September 29th. Go on The Lying Game's page on Demand 5 and it's in the 'Next on TV' box.

According to DigiGuide it's back on Oct 4 on 5* and is not on 5USA at all. Why would they move it to another channel anyway and, more importantly, and not tell anyone?

I have emailed them to find out what's happening.

According to the press listing updates, The Lying Game will be moved to 5USA as ack1990 said.

It has been a "last minute" change, which is why some of the listing sites aren't up to date.

I can't see Saturday dinner time being a good slot for a show like The Lying Game.

If they treat it like wot they're doing with The Sarah Chronicles, there will be a couple of repeats of the ep in the following days - maybe one of these repeat time slots will be more favourable(?) than Saturday dinner time. (I'm just thanking those clever people in China? for my cheapo freeview box with scheduled recording ability).

When will someone create a radio times ap for the ipad into which you put your favourite shows/films/actors and it'll scan that weeks (uptodate!!) radio times and highlight potentials for your viewing - never again will a show pass you by/bye.

So the next episode is on the 29th on sat at 12.00 and not tonight? sat suits me better than when it was on thurs. Plus the fact it wasn`t repeated made it difficult.

Then 5* will complain the ratings have gone down and use this as an opportunity to stop showing it. I just hope we get through the rest of season 1 before xmas and another channel picks up season 2. Somebody bump this up again on 29th as a reminder to people who are wondering what happened to the show.

Not quite the same thing but there's always DigiGuide for PC; or the Online version.

I liked the Lying Game and look forward to its return in the US in Jan I think.

Actually I can't remember where it left off. I think its got an extended S01 when it returns in the US like Switched at Birth or am I wrong on that.

Can I be a bit cheeky and post this little linky to Digiguide

Thank you for your recent enquiry.

We are sorry to learn that you are unhappy with the scheduling of The Lying Game. Scheduling is the hardest task that the modern broadcaster can undertake and essentially it is impossible to please all our viewers at any one time. The scheduler’s task is to open each programme to the widest potential audience.

Unfortunately, this programme has not performed as well as we had hoped on 5* and instead of removing it entirely, we decided to continue broadcasting it on 5 USA from Saturday 29th September. Episode 13 has been scheduled for transmission at 12:10 on this date and we recommend keeping an eye on the TV Guide<http://www.channel5.com/schedule> on our website to confirm timings for future episodes.

Nevertheless, we are grateful to you for taking the time to make us aware of your concerns and have noted your comments on the scheduling of the programme in the Viewer Enquiries Report. This is circulated throughout the company and seen by all relevant personnel.
I nearly sent back a reply saying along the lines of "well if you'd kept it the same slot and not had a 9 month gap it might have helped" but didn't think it was worth it.

Though, actually, I might just do that as that's not a bad thing to say. (Only just thought of it as I typed it then )

As Channel5 have dropped Parenthood, which they bounced around the schedule due to low ratings. I would expect them to do the same to The Lying Game now. Esp. with a email response like that.

Have they actually dropped it? It enters daily syndication on 5USA tomorrow...

I really really really hate how Channel 5 have just messed around with this show, lets just hope that they show the rest of the season thats left without any more breaks and it being taken off air/moving schedules all the time!
