Cos that's what boybands do - find a formula and stick to it.

and yet another "Monkees" style video .... lots of jumping around, arm pointing at the camera, 'crazy capers', just a different location each time

I liked What Makes You Beautiful but it's all getting very samey and predictable

but it's obviously a formula that works for them

I also hate that echoey autotune sound they use on so many pop artists these days

Its going to sell by the bucketload - but it is WMYB gone wrong and sounds dreadful and uninspired - the video is cheap looking as well

probably tons ... but that still doesn't mean that it's a great song or a "Thriller"/"Sledgehamer" level video

Catchy as f*ck. It's exactly what I was expecting, and it will be a smash hit all over the world.

Well done lads.

Geez, do you expect them to come back sounding like Metalica? They have a winning formula and they're sticking to it!

I don't think they meant the voices or the "pop" style, more that the song sounds very similar to their others

but yes it is working for them so they're obviously sticking to it

Zayn has progressed significantly. From him getting one-liners in X Factor to him basically getting most of the song. I don't mind though. Zayn is my favorite member

First listen I didn't like it but now after a few listens I am loving it and as others have said is catchy as hell. I still haven't heard it on the radio yet and that is always a help in deciding how it is going to go down!

I cant' get it out of my head now. It is incredibly catchy.

Scott Mills played it twice on the Breakfast show this morning. Sara Cox played it on Fearn's show, she said the whole team danced around the studio.

Also we heard a bit of Grimmy, getting ready for his show on monday, and guess what, he was playing Live while we're young.

I said echoey/autotune "sound" ie there seems to be an effect used in the production on a lot of Pop tracks these days that makes the singer's voice a bit unnatural .. it's a sort of echoey, metal mickey sound that you sometimes get with auto tune .. not as prevalent as the effect used on songs like Cher's Believe but to me it's an over produced sound that works on some tracks but not on others
