Dry clean or machine wash help!
I'm trying to decide - I have a winter coat which is 60% cotton and 40% acrylic (nice
) and has an acetate lining. The label says dry clean only. I'm assuming this is because of the lining. However, trying to save some money I'm thinking about washing it at home on a cold delicate cycle and hoping for the best.Anyone have any knowledge on the dry clean/machine wash area? Yes I've googled but there are mixed messages so I'm asking here

I never dry clean, not even leather and suede, it all goes in the wash.
Nothing's shrunk yet. I'd say cold, delicate should do the trick, with a minimum spin then let it drip dry over the bath. |

Lovely thank you. I'll give it a go! I was going to put it in cold dryer but I won't risk that then!
