Sounds like This Week's Alan Johnson and Michael Portillo, I've often thought there seemed to be something of a 'bromance' going on between these two. Although Johnson is still married to his first wife according to Wiki.

IMHO Ben Wishaw is as gay as an hussar. Couldn't get much gayer. I also think he's a bloody awful actor. Too much flavour of the month. He was utterly unconvincing in the first series of The Hour and I find him very, very irritating. But, back to the point, gay. Though I do feel sorry for male actors who are gay because by coming out they always run the risk of cutting down on the roles they will be considered for.

I think he's pretty awful too, I honestly don't know why people think he's so great. I used to go to school with his dad José who was a bit of a heartthrob with the girls, and went on to be a footballer in our local team.

As to the gay thing, I'm not surprised, rumours have been rife for ages.
