Shame Summer's been given the bum's rush, tone her down a bit and she could have been kept in to give people the irrit.
I somehow think she'll be back.
I caught up with the show on +1 after Big Brother and really enjoyed it; the scenario seemed real and the comedy generally felt natural. I'll be watching it again.
1 guy is the probation worker from Misfits \ copper from Line Of Duty
1 guy is the "generic" bad guy who has been on Good Cop \ Accused
1 guy is "Jez" from Corrie
1 guy is "a guy" from Waterloo Road
Not watched it yet ... but I recognised all the different faces. ... That is all :-)

I reckon one's been in Brookside & one in Dream Team.
Why do people insist on saying the "train station" - it's an Americanism. In our English, it's the "railway station". Noticed that in "Privates" the other day. In 1960, there's no way an English person would have said the train station....Soz for the rant - just annoys me!!
You go to the bus station to catch a bus. You go to the coach station to catch a coach. You go to the train station to catch a train. You don't go to catch a railway.
The tall chap with the glasses, played by Craig Parkinson, was the reverend in The Secret of Crickley Hall.
I still haven't watched that yet, sat on hd gathering dust.
Nice to see the actor doing something a bit different, associate him with coppers/villains or unpleasant characters.

Ahh the Lovely Melanie, like the Lovely Claire, both just errrm Lovely.
I'm with you on the Train station thing too.
Oh as we're face spotting, what has the woman on the train been in?

My girlfriend said she was in Phoenix Nights, the barmaid that wasn't Mary. I didnt think it could be because she looked to old but PN was over 10 years ago!
I really enjoyed this! A lot of it made me smile - is Fireman Sam gay? and when they put the drunk man on the train, then had to go back and get him as they realised he was about to get married! Also I found the overbearing female friend really funny!
All the characters are really likeable. A show perfect for Friday night - I'm looking forward to next week
I quite liked it.
One of the women reminded me of Holly Willoughby.
I recognised the bloke from the "When The Whistle Blows" sitcom in Extras, and the woman from Phoenix Nights, and of course Clinton Baptiste from Phoenix Nights.

Still laughing at "I'm getting the word...nonce"
Nah, I can picture both barmaids and she's neither of them.
It's probably something Peter Kay or Craig Cash related.
We'll leave this one hanging in the air 'don't phone in, it's just for fun'
Thank goodness. After reading here I thought I must have watched something else. I recommended it to my friend, I just asked her what she thought because most people on here thought it was good, she just told me she switched it off after ten minutes.

Comedy writers & writers in general misjudge the public's mood re animals - people love their pets.

Only watched this for herself from Pulling, but she's lost weight an isn't playing Louise from Pulling, unlikely I'll be back for that reason.

I seem to be in the minority but I thought it was awful.
I enjoyed this, especially since I live near Stockport and Manchester. I'll be watching again next week.
You're not alone.
