Actually I cannot stand Michelle Mone but I think she has very very often made the right call as to who is employed..........and who is unceremoniously dropped.
This was the right decision from her imho.

Helen Flanagan is a brainless idiot and does not enhance any brand at all.

Good. One less opportunity for her to pose ridiculously with her one-note expression can't be anything other than a positive.

It's good to see someone being properly told-off for once. While the media frenzy was over the top, what Helen Flanagan did was stupid and tasteless in the extreme and behaviour like that needs to be met with some sort of comeuppance. She is not a kid and I think what she did was a calculated attempt at getting some attention for herself (which worked, unfortunately). The thought that anyone would look to z-listers like Helen as an example to follow deeply disturbs me.

Agree, I think she'd be very lucky to be asked back now. I really liked her Rosie character but the real-life Helen has done a very bad job of selling herself. If she were a better actress, had a broader range, then she might have a chance of getting some more acting work but she seems so one-note that I really can't see it... so much better acting talent out there.

I think I read somewhere on here that she intended going back to college and getting an education. That's her best bet if she wants the chance of a career in 10 years time. But I doubt she'll do it, and will just continue getting her tits out for the lads until even they get tired of her.

I think if she ever does resume acting, it'll be at a similar level to the one that Michelle Ryan currently occupies. She'll be "known", but she won't land anything above the odd straight to dvd british flick.
