I'm glad it's back and I really enjoyed it, but everything I hated about the first series came back as well. Mainly Alan
, Karl ![]() , and Rob ![]() ![]() , can't stand any of them, and I'm not appreciating seeing Rob in the credits meaning we'll be getting an awful lot of him.Sean was a bit of a prat, telling Rob about the baby, as well, but he's still a lot nicer than the other men in Stella's life. I really hope they can make it work. Also I hope Auntie Brenda hasn't replaced her parents for the entire series and leaves soon, preferably next episode, couldn't take to her and not just because she fawned over Karl and Alan. |

Great start to the new series. Such well drawn characters throughout. Nadine cracks me up - she and Karl deserve each other.
And how will Sean react to the news about Rob? Can't wait till next week. |

Only got into watching the first series of this over Christmas when I saw it on catchup and decided to give it a go. Really enjoyed it and glad it's back for a new series. Felt so sorry for Sean at the end of tonight's episode. Don't like Rob at all.

I was surprised that the son thought he would be allowed in Canada with a criminal record....maybe if he had told them at the beginning they might have been a bit more inclinded to let him stay....and how long had he been over there thought it took a while like Australia to be allowed to live there??
Glad its back thought enjoyed the first series. |

You should also be able to watch it On Demand
It was so good I will probably watch it again anyway. I wonder if all the actors actually understand Daddy - I know the characters do, which is a hoot! |

Love this show.
Found it hilarious that Stella told people she was pregnant without actually doing a test. Also, I want her with Rob. |

As if any woman her age wouldn't do a test or 7 to make sure lol!!! A bit far fetched that she had a scan appointment- her gp would hae examined her and made a referral to antenatal care and scan!!!!! still enjoyed it!

As if she would get referred for a scan without her doctor. Nonetheless, still good fun. Love all the characters except Rob who seems something of a creepy slimeball. Yuk.

I'd like to bury the funeral woman and that Geordie idiot underground in a coffin, lets see if they can get it on there. Don't you hate people who think their sex lives are going to interest everyone. |
