She should be told to wear a big thick cardigan done up to the neck until she gets better.

Kudos to the kid. Pretty sharp on the conundrums!

It's officially been announced as S68, chewing your words much?

I used to watch it regularly but haven't watched for ages. I didn't like it when Jeff presented it It will take a lot for someone to take over from RW. I used to think he was saying 'Oxo champ' and couldn't understand why they were called that took me a while to realise what he was saying lol

This Peter guy reminds me Lewis off Corrie, I could imagine him playing dastardly villian on a soap.

Bless Rachel and her 'Elmo' impression. Hope her voice is better soon cos it getting a wee bit annoying.

She needs some Vicks rubbed onto her chest.

There'd be more volunteers than they got for the Olympics.

.
I think he's a dead ringer for the late Glyn Owen, of Howard's Way and many other films and plays.

Rachel only decent thing on Countdown today, why they have to keep changing things for change sake is beyond me. The generator and scores look awful, like they belong in the 1980's. Awful.

Those Tiger skin stripes certainly make her outstanding.

They haven't just changed them for the sake of it. The old 7-segment display connectors don't work in their new studio.

I don't know how these blokes can think at all with Rachel looking like that dress was painted on.

I'm just one of those who doesn't like change unfortunately. I liked it the way it was, but if it was down to technical reasons they have to use the new scores/number generator then I will have to lump it. I will never like it, it looks amateurish to me.

Admittedly I haven't tried this yet, but methinks asking for her old panties is where you're going wrong, maybe just try asking for a signed photo is the way to go.

Somewhat like the presenter. His bored disinterest - his complete lack of any sense of involvement - really is beyond a joke. Get rid!

He seems a lot friskier this week with Margaret Mountford, his oppo from The Apprentice, being the guest. Shes actually quite funny compared to her previous tv persona

Hmm, how long has Countdown been at MediaCity?
I must say the lighting is a bit darker, also not a fan of the new score boards.

Only since Monday, I noticed the sound is a bit strange but I suppose we will get used to it in time.

I don't think that it is a new set - just larger numbers on the scoreboards. It's about four years since they had a new set. The previous one was terrible!
