I would also like Sarah to 'man up' a bit - love her crazy denial dentist in Fresh Meat. Am one of the SCD fans who can't get see Jan Ravens without the 'I hope you're happy' scene coming straight into mind! |

Vicky and Denise (ESP Denise) are my faves. Big Fat Keith reminds me of a local guy here known as Stanley Elvis. He always goes round in trackie bottoms and a vest top too. Although he's not quite as big as Big Fat Keith.

My mam n dad were banging on about this from the start, so i finally caught up and watch all 6 (nearly) back to back on the iplayer and thought it was brilliant, not too much swearing just well observed comedy with some great performaces, I watched Gavin and Stacey from the start and to be honest that was slow at the start and I only thought it had a passing resemblence to it. Must admit I guessed Jim Moir being ill at the wedding before hand although I did think he would probably peg it.
2nd series? not too sure but a bit more of Gina McGee is always welcome ![]() ![]() 9.5/10 |

Just caught up with the last episode now - loved it. Thought the whole series was excellent. Glad they didn't kill off the dad.
It's the first thing I've seen Gina McKee in where I've really liked her, she was great in this. Hope there's another series. |

excellent news, now to hope that Cuckoo & Bad education come back as well. I know they're not to everybody's taste but I enjoyed them.

The way BBC Newcastle have been going on today you'd think it was everyone at BBC Newcastle who'd wrote it personally.
