I think its really great that there is a boyband out there with an openly gay member. Good for him for not pretending he's straight like others in the industry (eddie redmayne for example, as i know he is openly gay through working in the same theater companies). So proud of the older gay generation for fighting so hard to make being gay acceptable in mainstream culture now.

Being tolerant of something essentially means you put up with it. it doesnt mean you accept it. I'm more offended by people who say they tolerate gay people than those who are openly homophobic.
