Hiya,

Are there any alternatives to the Foxsat HDR that allow you to upload/download files (e.g. movies, music etc) to them?

Thinking of ditching our Virgin subscription soon, used to have a Foxsat and it was brilliant but didn't know if there were any others out there

Would you also be interested in PVR's that had DLNA access to severs (such as PC's)?

The HDR-1000S has a built in DLNA client - I have tried it using the following DLNA servers, from a PC (Windows Media Player 12), from a Foxsat (Twonky) and an ISP Media unit.

I will say that there may be some codec limitations [The server should handle translation]
