Light At The End - Trailer

This actually sounds very exciting. I am much more hyped for this than the TV special.

Not sure what the rolled eyes are for, but there is no harm in a trailer.

Trailer appears to have William Russell as the first doctor and David Troughton as the second. Ooh controversial.

I'm still on the fence. Obviously a proper multi-Doc' story sounds awesome on paper. However, with Briggs writing, my hopes ain't especially high. I wouldn't rate any of his BF scripts as classics, with most of 'em being average at best.

I don't know. He doesn't really do average for me. He either does poor or excellent. Just my opinion of course.

Get your point though. I am just banking on this because of who is in it, and the quality of the performances. And because I am so gutted about everything I have heard so far regarding the BBC series.

Same here, I'll try to pick it up for the 50th Anniversary, hopefully not a subscriber special

Its not, you can buy on its own. Quite cheap too, unless you want the special edition. I had to go for that. It just sounds too good.

I got the impression that it was Fraser Hines as Troughton, Fraser Hines does a cracking Troughton in the Companion Chronicles.

Dunno, maybe; it's hard to tell. They've not announced anything.

That's what I went for. Reckoned I'm unlikely to be here for the 100th anniversary so might as well go all out.

I'm fairly certain the "Oh my word" line 28 seconds in is David Troughton.

Same as me, I am going for it this year.

Need a bigger wall now for my framed Doctor Who prints... But hey ho.

i can't think of any of his scripts that have been excellent. Although, I haven't heard them all. Which ones did you think were good?

The Nowhere Place is a good one. Patient Zero is fine as well.
