I'm on +1 and timeshift, still a good show, nice that it's been extended.
Ch4 seem to be taking a few chances with the format, firstly commissioning it in the first place, then extending it throughout the run. So well done to Ch4 for being light on their feet. |

Good job Spall had his hair cut and that Brooker sat between him and Widdecombe.
When he was in Pete Versus Life he had a mop top and they looked very similar. |

Agree with others, the show's better for being extended.

Apparently, they hadn't worked together before, Ch4 just threw them together. Adam says they've got a 'thing' they've just melded into an act somehow. Oh, it did look like they really blindsided Alex with the East 17 thing, the way his face dropped, part way through the anecdote he could see he'd have to sing it. |

I came across this on the 3rd day of the Paralympics. I'd never seen Josh before and, even in by that stage, I didn;t think he looked comfortable but within a few days he was fine. It will be interesting to see how they deal with the Oscar Pistorious story - because I think they must given the seeds of the show. |

Not quite the topic even for a topical chat show with a strong disability content.

It's a bit too early in the Oscar Pistorious story for them to start cracking 'good natured' jokes, but I wouldn't be surprised if they take it on tangentially (disabled prisoners/Alex in handcuffs) and get something out of it though.

I've got no gripes about bad or offensive humour but a murder with a vitcim shot several times in the head and body probably doesn't have much scope.

I watched this last night after seeing this thread - didn't know the programme was back. God it was funny! Just as good as during the Paralympics.
He's (or all 3 or the comedians) have got a real knack for making it seem loose and on the hoof. I'm guessing a lot of it must have been scripted/semi-rehearsed but it really didn't feel that way. I was marvelling at the skill even as I just sat back and was entertained. |
