That reads oddly. Cancer currently affects 1in 3 people in the UK? If it did,the NHS would capsize. I think they mean 1 in 3 people will be affected by cancer in their lifetime. But then medical facts are not Pete's strong points.
You're right.

More than one in three people in the UK will be diagnosed with some form of cancer during their lifetime.

He really needs to get the facts right and you'd have thought he would seeing as he's just lost his brother to cancer.

I think he thinks it's the same thing ( if that makes sense )
Bless , he's not exactly a bright spark , but I don't think he meant any harm , just bumbling along in his usual fashion.
It's one of the reasons I like him

Retirement, hopefully, although I'd settle for a vow of silence.

[quote=Daisy Bennyboots;64729180]On another thread there was a report of Pete filming in Kent and also his birthday he appeared to be wearing a lapel microphone so I think it's pretty much a given there will be a another series, couple with the fact he said he was going to staying at ITV2 for a little longer. I heard the upcoming series is the last for ITV but I can't remember where I heard that.

maybe it was wishful thinking? Its probably a ploy to get a higher fee on a new contract

It's really not surprising that PA's gotten his medical facts wrong again, given his makey uppy version of kidney transplants.

The man's a dangerous idiot and he needs to either do some proper research or STFU. Does he talk to St DrEmily at all?

It could well be! I see he has won another mayo lid satellite TV personality award beating off still competition from Olly Murs and the fictional Keith Lemon today. So congratulation on your personality Pete.

He will be singing at Butlins for the foreseeable future and releasing albums ready for the charity shops, so no change there then for Pete.

The spin off show to end all spin off shows

LOOSE MEN

with Pete being the main man supported by John Barrowman, Nasty Nick Bateman, H from Steps and Ian Wright.

Now that would be pure BAFTA
They tried a version of Loose men.. It flopped and was scrapped after a few months IIRC

There's still the 'big Wembley' gig to look forward to...although the four people in the audience will have to clap pretty loud

I am struggling to remember anything notable about Peter Andre I suspect he is another celebrity of dubious talent as most of them are. As for what is next for him, I doubt anyone really cares except Peter Andre.

If he's going anywhere, he should be going to the plinth shop with his trusty bunch of paid friends and camera crew to film an hour long show looking for the perfect marble structure that will accentuate his prize award.

What was the award for? His music? His presenting skills? His current affairs knowledge? His humanitarian work?

Nooooo Lexi - his TV PERSONALITY. The pretendy one that can be created through careful editing of very many hours of work that those poor, poor cameramen put in.

I hope he shared the marg lid with them. Those brave, brave souls.

Andre shying away from reality?

Peter Andre has said he wants to do less reality TV and revealed he has a new small screen project in the pipeline.

The Mysterious Girl singer said he was also recording a new reggae track with Mr Boombastic star Shaggy.

"It's a very, very current sound so I'm really hoping that's going to work. At least, Shaggy - you're all going to know him - you're going to love his vocals on that," he said.

And - http://www.tv3.ie/entertainment_arti...&article=97854

Meanwhile, Peter has also been working on his ITV2 reality show...

He added to new! magazine: ''Last Monday and Tuesday I was down in Dungeness, Kent, with the ITV2 film crew to film the opening sequence for the next series of my show. You're going to love it!

''I'll be shown escaping all the madness of my life and heading to the beach, but I'm driving my Lamborghini Gallardo and still wearing my suit - even when I'm on the beach! I rarely get an opportunity to drive that car and I can't lie, it felt amazing!
