I agree, I can still remember my mother telling me Dustin Gee had died, I must have only been about 6.

I wish dusty was alive too her 1995 performance on later was great and a hint of what she would still be doing now.
I also felt she never got the respect she deserved when she was alive I also miss patrick swayze.

I know, I was 11 when Dustin died, he and Les had only just got going with their TV careers.

Gave us not only a nice little love song, in 1975, but also the basis for a rather effective AIDs advert, in 1987 (Radio One).

Yep, the soul weekender. Been a few times over the years but this is my first one in about 6 years. Not sure I've got the stamina anymore but we'll see in 4 weeks

Teddy is another one. I know the voice wasn't what it was after the accident but he is and always will be a legend.

Marilyn Monroe & Audrey Hepburn - would have been an honour to say i'd met Hollywood royalty, we don't have that anymore.

Amy Winehouse & Whitney Houston - such a shame they didn't overcome addictions. it got them too early (especially with Amy).

Bill Hicks. We need him now more than ever before. George Carlin too.
Amen to that.

Also I'd add Kurt Cobain to the list, just to see what he would be up to nowadays.

I'd say aaliyah? Probably spelled that wrong. I would love to have heard what music she'd have done.
Heath Ledger he could have been huge but sadly died just before it truly took off for him.
