Yesterday:

Breakfast: Total 0% Yoghurt with raspberries, strawberries and homemade muesli

Snack: Packet of Pom Bears

Lunch: Baguette with smoked salmon

Snack: Kelloggs Rice Krispie Square

Dinner: Pitta bread topped with minced lamb with chilli and garlic, yoghurt with mint, salad leaves and pomegranate seeds

Snack: 4 Multi-seed Ryvita Thins

Hello, my friend I had green tea in morning after sometimes I eat porridge. In lunch I eat Salad and whole wheat pasta with herbs. In dinner time I eat tuna and red capsicum. For brekkie I had a piece of cake and cuppa, mushrooms and broccoli with white sauce for lunch and now I'm having a piece of chocolate cake with cuppa again. For dinner, i'll be having gnocchi and hot chocolate afterwards. I think roger_lloyd is a spammer, and needs to be put on a diet.

Lunch: Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, chicken pieces with piri piri houmous. A bread roll. Packet of Pom Bears

Snack: Rice Krispies Squares Bar

Dinner: 2 venison sausages. Lime & chilli chicken pieces. Courgette & mushrooms. A slice of pumpernickel bread

Breakfast - 1 piece of toast, bowl of cinnamon malties with a banana and sultanas.

Lunch - Ham, Cheese and tomato roll. Bag of Walkers lights. Low fat Mandarin yoghurt. Apple & Orange. Can of diet coke.

Dinner - Bowl of my wifes tomato, sweetcorn and cumin soup. Two white rolls with Gloucester sausage and Dijon mustard.

Lunch: Slice of bacon and leek quiche with salad, rice and pasta bits from Morrisons salad bar

Dinner: Sliced gammon, oven chips and fried egg followed by a Snickers ice cream bar

Breakfast: Porridge with blueberries

Lunch: Coconut Rice with some sliced tomatoes

Dinner: went to a Turkish restaurant and had shared a mixed platter of falafel, borak, houmous, olives, bread, 2 types of vulgar wheat salad, selection of dips and a vegetable stew thing

Cherries in a syrup with cinnamon ice cream for dessert

Snack: Carte D'or Signature Tarte aux Pommes Ice Cream

Snack: 2 Jacobs black pepper crackers with cheese spread

Lunch: Chicken samosa, lamb samosa with pasta salad, rice salad and mixed leaves

Dinner: Minced beef & veg hotpot with roast potatoes, mixed veg and gravy. Followed by a strawberry and cream yoghurt

Lunch: M&S Falafel, Houmous & Salad. Packet of M&S Count on Us Salt & Vinegar Crisps

Snack: Muller Coconut Greek Light Yoghurt

Dinner: Mayo chicken burger and medium fries from McDonald's. Cherry tomatoes

Not a v healthy day but literally been working all day. Didn't get in til 9pm

Two bags of Walker's prawn cocktail crisps, (I used to prefer Sainsbury's until they dulled the flavour) two Sainsbury's mint ice cream cones and a glass of Lidl's cheap cola.
