I'm not big on sandwiches so it would have to be fish fingers and salad with melted cheese.
I know what I,m having for dinner tomorrow night now never tried it with cheese

Prawn Mayonnaise, Chicken Mayonnaise, both as sandwiches

Or Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese bagel.
Love smoked salmon bagels - had 2 for dinner tonight

BLT is good too, on bagels or brown toast

Two slices of Mothers Pride and a bag of Smiths Square Crisps.
Mayo spread on both slices.
Square crisps laid on one slice in columns tightly overlapping like roof tiles.
Place other slice on top and press flat.
Munch away!

Cheese and cucumber
Sandwich spread
Salad cream and mustard
Cress and anything
Horseradish and anything

A really nice sandwich I used to make was cream cheese, roast chicken crisps and sweet and sour sauce but I haven't seen a sweet and sour sauce that you don't have to cook for years.

Bacon and brown sauce
Roast pork and stuffing
Salami and cheese

When we were in San Fransisco we went to Ikes Place and tried the Kryptonite as seen on Man Vs Food. It was a footlong that contained chicken, turkey, ham, pastrami, salami, roast beef, corned beef, bacon, 2 avocados, beer battered onion rings, breaded mozzarella sticks, stuffed breaded jalapenos, pepper jack cheese, pesto and salad. It was one of the most ridiculous things I've ever eaten, it weighed a tonne and I didn't come close to finishing it. Every few mouthfuls it was like a different sandwich! It tasted nice though!
I want to try the sandwich from Man V Food that was from boston (Ithink) It was the roast beef sandwich dipped in the beef trough and you could have it dipped, doubledipped or the knife and fork job.. I like cheese, silverskin sliced onion and salt and vinegar crisps on a nice farmhouse.
