Prince was interviewed by police....

Martinez said he also interviewed Jackson's son Prince at the hospital.

But his handwritten notes of that interview were not allowed in evidence because the interview was not recorded.

I fail to understand how anyone with eyes in their head could not see that Jacko was off his tree and AEG were taking advantage of a vulnerable person. The day those tours were announced I said he'd be dead before the first one took place. His family should have been looking out for him then - not now. All as bad as each other.

And TomClarky, get a grip love.

I find it strange that on the one hand his family claim that he wasn't fit to do the concerts, but on the other claim for lost future income on the basis of him performing at concerts etc. They can't have it both ways.
The Golden Goose is dead. Are any of the Jackson family talented to succeed at performing in show business today? Would any of them have risen to prominence without the talent of Michael? I think not. They are still trying to cash in on his name.

Golden balls Mark Lester ?

Brit actor Mark Lester has dramatically vowed to have DNA tests to prove he is the *father of Michael Jackson’s three children, the Sunday People can reveal.

Former Oliver! child star Mark – godfather to all Jacko’s kids – believes there is a “good possibility” he is their biological dad

Mark said: “I remember Michael ringing and saying, ‘Oh, you don’t have any fertility difficulties do you?’. He was half joking so I joked, ‘Oh, I just look at her and she gets pregnant’.

“So then in a light-hearted way he said, ‘Will you help me out?’. Initially I thought he wanted me to do something with his ex-wife Debbie Rowe and I was thinking, ‘I don’t think so’.

“Then out of the blue about a year later, he mentioned sperm donation and I agreed.

I've heard of the Mark Lester connection for years, I actually think he may be the childs biological father. It clearly isn't MJ by any stretch, except possibly Blanket.

i have read this thread with interest but one thing that keeps coming up is "TomClarky" blind and complete devotion to Michael Jackson .

he can paint it however he likes but i will say this and then leave .

there is absolutely no excuse for wanting to hang out with pre pubescent boys , having sleepovers , and taking them on tour with you .

there are many child stars who didn't have a childhood ( i love that argument ) and didn't resort to hanging out with kids .

Michael Jackson was not a normal person .
and just because your found not guilty of something it does not mean it didn't happen .

Poor guy. People seem to forget that he was a human being, despite the weird things he did throughout his life, and he has the right to rest in peace just like everyone else.

Who gives a **** if the kids aren't biologically his? He was their dad in all the ways that mattered.

Is this why he tried to keep the kids out of the public eye, because none bare a resemblance to him, it wasn't just a case of pixilation of their faces which he could have requested, it was secrecy, covering their faces with whatever came to hand.

I don't know about the other two - but I can see some resemblance between Paris and Mark Lester. Very minor and tenuous - but they have the same shaped mouth and ears.

When I saw the kids at MJ's funeral, I thought that perhaps these kids were engineered to look white yet not pale - I doubted ML's story. At the funeral, Paris had the same skin tone as their aunts Janet and LaToya and that was very evident. Recently, when Paris is with her mother, or cheerleading etc, I can't help but notice how white her skin looks nowadays. Obviously they live in the California sun, fake tan is popular, skin bleaching is a Jackson family normality can all change skin tone, evening lighting or camera flash...it's just her skin looks different a lot of the time...but paler than when she was younger.

My two penny's worth is that ML might me Paris's biological father - but not the others, I think they all have different fathers.

I think you could well be right. I can't see any resemblance at all between the three of them, and the youngest to me has a look of American Indian, or Mexican.

Predictable ad hominem attack from someone who has no idea of the facts and desperately resorts to trying to discredit the poster themselves instead having anything remotely intelligent say about the content of a post.

How about specifially pointing out something that i've said that you think is incorrect and giving some good reasoning behind it. You're missing that little thing called 'evidence'

When did i say he was a normal person? There's no such thing as 'normal' anyway. It's just a socially constructed idea that tells us that anything different from us or that we don't understand is bad and should be avoided. The more pertinent question should be, was he harmful? The evidence points to no. And the evidence is what matters at the end of the day.

Actual lol. That was really quite funny.

I am curious why you are so hell bent on denying his addictions. Would you mind telling us why? I find it strange that someone would be so determined to speak on behalf of person who they have no personal relationship with and are only able to work on what they have heard/read in various media coverage.

I'm genuinely curious and not taking the mick.

I don't deny he was addicted to painkillers at certain times in his life, e.g 1993 when he went to rehab for it. There is however no evidence that he was physically addicted to anything in the year before his death. It's just a huge misconception. The drug that killed him is not addictive in any way close to the way opiods or benzodiazepines are and there were no painkillers found in his system when he died.

If he had become an addict again before his death, why was he using a very expensive and very dangerous hospital grade anaesthetic? And why would he pay a doctor $150,000 a month for this service, when he could probably go to any doctor in hollywood and get himself some Demerol pills for a fraction of the cost. It shows that Propofol was something he was desperate for because of the purpose it served i.e. enabling him to sleep, rather than because he was a junkie wanting to get his kicks.

He and the children said that it was kidnap he was worried about. You cant pixelate in real life.

I think the reason Paris looks like Mark Lester is because he looks very similar to her mother.

Even if the kid/s are his sort it out in priavte and if its true then work it out behind the scenes, guy just looks like a money obsessed fame hungry pratt.

The autopsy showed that he was producing sperm, and that he was healthy with an especially strong heart.

That sounds alarmingly apologist. He should never ever have slept with children

Because of the financial agreement with AEG, ie AEG were funding his habits. The current case centres on a uncompleted contract with Conrad Murray, as to who was paying Murray and who knew what.

Basically Michael didn't have a gold lined pot to pee in, until Tom Barrack came along with an eye for investment and stopped the foreclosure of Neverland.

From an article written in the L.A. Times a month before Michael died...

His backers envision the shows at AEG's O2 as an audition for a career rebirth that could ultimately encompass a three-year world tour, a new album, movies, a Graceland-like museum, musical revues in Las Vegas and Macau, and even a "Thriller" casino. Such a rebound could wipe out Jackson's massive debt.
In theory Michael had consolidated all his loans into 'This It Is' but it was AEG that owned the shows and copryright of any footage because they were picking up the tab for Michael's lifestyle.

Depends how you define slept with. If him and the children were fully clothed and lying on top of the bed then i don't see the problem with it. If they weren't then yes he shouldn't have done so, but that isn't enough evidence alone to prove any molestation

If you had read MJ's contract with AEG then you'd already know that before MJ could take home any profits from the shows, he had to pay AEG back about $30 million for production costs, a deposit for a house in Las Vegas and the salary for his staff, including Dr Murray. So yes AEG was funding his lifestyle in 2009, but the tab would've fallen back on MJ as soon as the shows started.
