"The most infuriating thing about women is that they always know where things are." - Charles Darwin.

^ True quote, and he should know!

Do women have magical powers?
Antonia Gavilán de Logroño does, or she did.

I have noticed the 'finding things' with my sons, so agree there may be something to that. Perhaps male and female brains are wired slightly differently in this area?
Making beds is just a matter of practice though. Even so, I still find putting a kingsize cover on a quilt a little bit tricky, but a good shake usually sorts it out.

Reminds me of Lee Evans

"Where are my keys!?"
"On the side!"
Can't find them...
"WHICH SIDE!?" "There's like 8 different sides!!"
Woman walks in "Here, on the side!"
Picks them up..

They magically spend all a husband's earnings.

Definitely Magic, She brings up things in minute detail and word for word things that happened 20-30yrs ago always in an argument.
She sounds exactly like me! I have a picture perfect memory when it comes to conversations and previous arguments. I have no idea how my mind does it but it seems to be able to store so much information that has been said to me at various times in the past! When that info is there in your mind it's impossible not to throw it back at them during an argument lol

I'm a women and I do this! I'm hopeless, seriously.

I figured I'd one day grow out of the whole "turn yourself into a duvet cover ghost" thing and be able to change the bed in a lady like way, with the efficiency and grace of my Mother.

Sadly, at nearly 24 I think that ship may have sailed.
I see your 24 and raise you a 36.
I have had to completely give up on flat sheets - can't cope with anything but a fitted sheet now and I don't think I will ever be able to get a duvet cover on with any grace or haste.

So women get the 'finding things' and 'bedmaking' superpowers, men get the 'parallel parking' and 'dealing with spiders' superpowers.

The world is in balance.

There was always map-reading. Post-satnav, men's days truly are numbered .

At 37, neither can I!

As for the finding things - we have something called a "bloke look" in our house. He'll open the fridge, if it's not in front of his eyes he can't find it, I find moving objects helpful!

I'm gay, but completely incapable of putting the duvet cover back on. The OH has no problem however, so it's a job he always does.

Women may have magical powers but they do not extend to moving back to the lane on their left on motorways.....
