Went to show his son the steam train!

Apparently he's working nearby. Anyone know what on?

I just love the complete shock it gave people, including you OP.

Very cute story. Maybe this will be a good advert for trains?

I see Travolta's wearing a cap. He's clearly not got one of his many syrups on today.

I feel sorry for him, he never gets his hair right!

This was actually yesterday I believe? This is quite near to me.

Anyone who wants to see him later on TV, he's on Top Of The Pops 1978 from 7.30pm on BBC4 and he's at No1 in the charts currently with his biggest Grease hit!

Maybe he's doing some new film at nearby Leavesden Studios.

I saw him at the British Film Institute on Tuesday.

He did Q& A session after the premier screening of his new film.

He was lovely, very articulate, good sense of humour, did impressions of Sean Connery and Jon Woo and of Meryl Streep doing Maggie Thatcher!

The Q & A session lasted over an hour. Jonathon Ross was interviewing him, then they opened up questions to the audience. Naturally someone asked him to dance, and he did briefly. He's still got the moves.

He comes across as a genuinely nice, unpretentious person. Good for him.

according to the article he is "staying at a nearby hotel" - I live quite close to Leavesden Studios, I cant understand why he would chose to stay in Leighton Buzzard over far more nearer/better places along the route

Some articles do say that he is currently in Britain to shoot scenes for a new movie so who knows..... Leighton Buzzard does have a great Morrisons

Am surprised he agreed to being interviewed by Ross considering the frosty car crash that was their on air interview

She is, somewhere in America. Or Essex.

(Sorry.)

Thought he would have been in the states to go to that Sopranos actors funeral, he was harping on the other day what I great friend he was and I'll make sure his children would be taken care off!

Instead he is in bedfordshire wearing a cap sigh!

There are several quarries near Leighton Buzzard where filming is not uncommon for action movies etc. Also some stately piles that are often used.

I was in L/Buzzard on Wednesday - how did I miss this?

The train is not the most exciting of things - goes through the park, parts of the town, out into the country for a bit and ends up at the local brick/tile factory near a quarry! Children like it though...

The only film he could possibly be doing is something called The Forger as his other film in pre prod was all done in Bulgaria

Indeed it does, and covers many many loads of washing in dirt from the steam....
