Oh don't be stupid. They all got their Home Office documents out when they were asked to.
Why were you asking them for their documents? And if you didn't ask them, why were you snooping on whoever did?
How about you stand on the train, because despite you having First Class reserved seats, a fare dodger is sat in them. Fine by you?
Not really, because a condition of carriage on the railway is paying your ticket, but it's not a condition of library use that you pay Council Tax (despite you not knowing if these people do or not, you didnt even know if they were legal, so how you'd know their tax status is beyond me). Rubbish comparison

Library staff were asking them to make their name matches the name on the library computer reservation.
Mark, you're boxing yourself into a corner. You say you're at home so switch your 'phone off, make a cup of tea and relax. If you're still chewed off, do something productive-clean the windows or something.
It's not the point. Perhaps you could park your car on the next road so I can park outside your house?
I pay to use that library, they don't.
The point is if your unhappy with a situation you seek to change what you can change.
They are asylum seekers and most probably do not have the means to pay. Are you not able to share the library usage with those who are less well off than yourself? (and I don't mean simply financial value).
Therefore you can at least attempt to do quite a lot of the things many posters have mentioned on here such as:
Use a friend's PC
Go the library at a less busy time/get there early
Buy a cheap laptop
Complain to the library and local council that nothing is being done about the situation.
Your 'fight' is with the library and not with the asylum seekers. Please do not use them as a scapegoat.

I'm defending myself against some pretty shitty comments from you lot.

So you snooped on all of them while they presented personal documents to someone running the library, despite it being none of your business what those docs said?
Snooping on stranger's private documents is worse than hogging a computer, in my view.

It's the asylum seekers who are abusing the system. Read ALL my comments.
So by the same logic, if a bad family move to a neighbourhood, if people don't like it they should move?
Ultimately the problem is there are not enough computers to go round, irregardless of who it is using them. Wait your turn and if you don't like it, then yes, go buy a PC.
Just because you pay tax does not give you any-more right than anyone else to use the library facilities. They are there for everybody. Kids don't pay tax either, why not kick them out?

So not illegal immigrants then.
Asylum seekers do not enter the nation illegally as they have the right to do so under Article 14 of the 1948 Universal declaration of human rights. The UNHR emphasis that they should not be called illegal immigrants.
As an employed, council tax paying library user, who's on his day off, also looking at other more productive sites, I'll use this PC for what the hell I like.
You can still buy pornographic magazines in the newsagents.
They are still on the top shelf, but tend to have censored or obscured covers.

I'm at home on my phone so wind your neck in!
My neck is well in it's place, ta very much!
So far you've been in your 2-hour slot since 11.20 this morning.
Ahha now we get to the real issue. We just threw in the library crapp to make a story

Ring Wakefield Library if you don't believe me.
BIB which we decided pages ago gives them rights as asylum seekers, not illegals.
Did you sprint there? Because you've been posting at very short intervals since 11.20 and have declared yourself to be at the library twice.
I think that's annoyance that we're not taking it all at face value and decrying it for the travesty it is!

Library twice, where?
I also have mobile internet. It is 2014, even here!

Twice in this thread. Check your posting history.

My point is you;re not going to win so give up gracefully. Even Yorkshire men can be graceful you know!! ;-)
