Any 9200T bought before the date of the OTA would be very unlikely to have the 1.00.06 firmware on it ... it does take time to get from the factory to the shops!!!

Eventually for some and never for many ... they obviously don't have a modern ticketing system for issues!
With respect to Humax you know you get a reply by phone ... with email its only a perhaps!!! Quote:

Your earlier posts implied that the 9200 could have had 1.00.06 from 24th onwards!

Well Humax replied to my email this morning saying that, as stated here, a recent update in the software has been issued that resolves my problem. They also emailed empire with the details which is good.
