A little genuine praise would go along way with Louis.
I agree, but then I have always been taught that you must balance some negative feedback with something positive, otherwise you are likely to demotivate people. Louis is beginning to look at lot like some students I have encountered - their approach is that, as they can do nothing right, why bother going the extra mile!
Louis is technically good, but he just doesn't put any heart into it or expression. He needs to show a bit more passion or character to get my vote. Until then, I'm a Dani/Denise fan.
