So every xmas the bbc like to bring back old comedy such as open all hours and absolutely fabulous! What comedy do you think they will bring back this year. A full episode of only fools and horses? Maybe the vicar of dibley? Or even the royle family? What comedy do you think is likely to be back and what comedy would you like to be revived?

    Outnumbered would be my guess.

If it were to be an oldie - maybe a re-cast, politically-corrected version of "It ain't half hot, Mum!";-)

Stewart Lee's Christmas Comedy Vehicle. It's a winner...stick it on after Eastenders.

No? Well okay, I think Outnumbered is a given. In an ideal world, a Mulberry Christmas special to wrap up the story and see Miss Farnaby 'cross over' to the other side.

    I am not strange. :p

No, you're thinking of 'Bollocks to July'.

It's usually one which we were previously told years ago that the last episode shown was the last episode EVER.

It's usually the comedies I didn't like and didn't want back such as Ab Fab. I was really annoyed at that because they promised 'Last episode ever' last time it was on.:D

I guess the most likely would be Royle Family. Again. Despite the decline in quality from it's heyday I'm sure the cast would probably love to do another one - they probably haven't got much else on!

    Porridge.

Actually, let's not give them ideas - they'll only go and dig up David Jason again so he gets to play Blanco, but this time make-up won't be necessary. :)

It's Ronnie Barker they'll have to dig up.

I would like to see an update of The Good Life with the 2 wives experiencing widowhood.

They could revive 'As Time Goes By' again but written by Colin Bostock Smith, who created the original idea and is still alive. No idea how fully he developed it before Bob Larbey wrote it. Or at a pinch his son Adam Bostock Smith could do it, although he's more of a writer for game shows.
