Slow motion on the V+ box

I don't know if anyone has discovered and therefore created a thread on this, the V+ box is capable of slow motion on a LIVE broadcast or a recorded one. If you want to watch something in slow motion whilst you watching live tv or something you recorded, simply pause whatever it is you are watching and press the fast forward button on your remote - there are two slow motion speeds: 1x or 2x.
