Retrieving Lost Email

Basically I sent My CV to an agency who said we are not handling this vacancy it is another agency and forwarded it.
Never got job but registered with 2nd agency including a/c details for another vacancy - interview tomorrow.
No my CV and a/c details are in the middle of some sort of ring trying to scam folk. I got an email but deleted it by accident?
Any way I get it back so I could see who is at fault here must be 2nd agency right? :mad:
I am on Windows Vista using Internet Explorer 8 and BT Broadband.

Do you access your email via a website or using a program like Outlook Express or Windows Mail?
It is BT Broadband and I access it through BT Yahoo plus I already put it into Spam and then emptied it and the Trash
If you had been using a mail client like Outlook Express, there is a chance that the email would still have been accessible via the BT Yahoo page. But as you're already using BT Yahoo, the email will have been deleted from the servers.
