Audio Recomendations

i am currently thinking of upgrading my audio for use with a sony kv-36 100HQ

i currently have the built in sony speakers, a pair of wharfedales with ordinary analogue amp.

i need a unit with a delay in it and for dts sound and the latest dolby surround sound and some extra speakers.

humax pvr800T
panasonic dvdr dmr-e30
pair of wharfedale 602's

whats should i go for chaps.

    Just having a quick look at Richer Sounds online;

    Marantz SR4400 or Yamaha RXV357 AV Receiver for £170
    Gale 3060 Bipolar Rear Speakers (I've got these) for £80
    Gale 3050C Centre Speaker for £80
    Gale Storm 10 Active Subwoofer for £80

    So a complete system with your existing 602s can be had for £410 (call it £450 by the time you've got brackets and cables).

    I've got quite a few bits and pieces from RS down the years and I really can't fault them for value and service.

    :)

    Oh yes - everything is adjustable!

    :eek:

    PS: By 'delay' I assume you are referring to the time delay on the rear channels? The Sony TV will offer adjustment for this, and all AV receivers do too, as it depends what size room you have. If you need a delay on the sound overall (I can't imagine why!) I think you'll struggle.
