Definitely. I watch far more Netflix and Hulu than anything that comes over cable.

Yeah. House of Cards and Orange is the new Black are fantastic additions to Netflix. Puts it head and shoulders above Lovefilm that's for sure. Vikings was awful!

Based on shows that are currently showing / about to start / have just finished or been recently cancelled at US pace, even though I am not at US pace on all of these....

ABC with 5 (Scandal, Nashville, Once Upon a Time, Greys & Castle)
CBS with 4 (Biiiiig Brother, Good Wife, Elementary & Person of Interest)
CW with 4 (Vampire Diaries, Hart of Dixie, Arrow & Emily Owens MD)
HBO with 3 (Newsroom, Game of Thrones & True Blood)
NBC with 3 (Parenthood, The Apprentice & Do No Harm)
Lifetime with 2 (Drop Dead Diva & Devious Maids)
TNT with 2 (Rizzoli and Isles & Southland)
Showtime with 2 (Homeland & The Borgias)
Then it's one each for FX (Americans), SyFy (Haven), ABC Family (Pretty Little Liars) & USA (Suits).

Hmmm, I think I watch too much TV....

I think it's the CW as I watch Vampire Diaries and am getting back into Supernatural.
Then the rest I think are on different channels.
    MTV - Teen Wolf
    ABC - Grey's Anatomy.
I'm struggling I thought I watched more US programmes but can't think of any

The main US shows I like to follow currently:

    American Horror Story (FX)
    True Blood (HBO)
    Game of Thrones (HBO)
    The Vampire Diaries (The CW)
    Arrow (The CW)
    Pretty Little Liars (ABC Family)
    Once Upon a Time (ABC)
    Grimm (NBC)
    Big Brother (CBS)
    The Big Bang Theory (CBS)
    Under the Dome (CBS)
    Teen Wolf (MTV)

According to that, CBS. But The CW will catch up, or surpass, it soon with a couple of new shows,

My favourite (still-running) US shows are

    Breaking Bad (AMC)
    The Walking Dead (AMC)
    Archer (FX)
    American Dad! (Fox)
    Family Guy (Fox)

So it's a tie between Fox and AMC.

For me currently it would be:

6 Shows for ABC: Revenge, Scandal, Nashville, Once Upon A Time, Suburgatory, Mistresses.(May add Betrayal to the list?)

1 Show for CBS: 2 Broke Girls

7 Shows for The CW: 90210, Hart of Dixie, Arrow, Beauty And The Beast, The Vampire Diaries, Nikita, The Originals. Hopefully gonna add some of the new shows to the list. (The Tomorrow People, Reign, Star-Crossed, The 100)

3 Shows for Fox: New Girl, The Mindy Project, Glee.

2 Shows for NBC: Chicago Fire, The Blacklist. (Looking forward to Chicago PD also)

2 Shows for ABC Family: Pretty Little Liars, Switched At Birth. (May check out Ravenswood)

1 Show for Lifetime: Devious Maids. (May also check out Witches of East End)

Given how much BBC content they show, that could be cheating as an answer. :D
